20 year old event rider with a huge passion for horses, a hunger for success and high goals to match. In order to succeed you have to be willing to look back and recognise what can be worked on. Currently riding a range of horses 4 year olds to 15 year old in a range of disciplines at a range of levels.
Having had a mother who was a keen amateur horse woman, I have had a strong passion for horses from the age of 5. Up until now I have been taking part in Showing, Dressage, Show Jumping and Eventing. I have brought on 3 young horses from 4year olds including Champ, my current ride, to the levels they are at today in all disciplines (from working hunter, to pony club ponies to eventers). I am an active member Macclesfield and District Riding Club and represent British Riding Clubs up to a national level, recently winning the Intermediate Championships (100) last season. I am currently competing at BE100 with a view to moving up to novice this season. Along side my horse, Champ, I work with other people and there horses, riding and giving lessons and tips helping them develop to reach their own goals. My long term goal is to set up my own equestrian business; I'd love a training, schooling and competition yard, sharing my passion and knowledge. I am currently a university student studying Sports and Coaching Studies. I take pride in everything I do and all the amazing support I have around me. I also feel the horses deserve as much publicity and attention as I do, therefore I am very active on social media regularly sharing results and promoting my sponsors great products, with which I could not be without. Without the support of my sponsors, and of course my family, I would not be where I am today! |
